Tourist here :) I saw this place on TikTok literal days before my trip so l was excited to try it. Now I will say the video I saw I didn't say that it was cash only, so I was glad that my friend had cash. It was $6.25 for the small roasted pork, or duck with rice and cabbage. We waited in line for about 20 minutes. They did move quickly and efficiently though. It's a really small shop so you just walk in when it's your turn order, watch him cut up the meat, put it in the tin and then you pay and walk out. Pretty simple overall. It’s was good and I felt worth it in overall value since it's a generous amount of food for under 7 bucks. Check it out if you’re in the area.

Was a little skeptical if it would be worth it, as there’s a lot of great and cheap options in the neighborhood, and I hadn’t been in years. $6.25 for the roasted pig “small” platter with a $1 water ($7.25 total). Thing must’ve weighed almost 5lbs. It can easily be split between two people or save half for later. The flavors are classic Chinese flavors. But the pig is so juicy and the rice is great.

The best ROAST PORK in New York!! This restaurant is offers take out only. Warning!! The line can reach the corner of the street during peak hours (lunch/dinner time)! So better come here early or mid afternoon. Despite the line, they have fast service and roastings are chopped upon order. Serving size is huge for its price, no need for tip! Tender, meaty and juicy flavours that compliments their cabbage and rice! Very affordable and 2 person can even share their small size order, 4 people for the large one!

Went to Wah Fung on a Wednesday morning around 10am and was pleasantly surprised—no queue at all (usually the line goes around the block!). Got the two meats combo for $6.25, which is such a steal in NYC. It wasn’t the best duck or roast pork I’ve ever had, but for the price, it’s definitely worth it. Great value if you’re craving roast meats on a budget!

I got myself the roasted pork & duck combo which was $9 and small roasted duck for $5.75. Honestly for $5-$9 it doesn’t get better than this. The duck juicy, fatty and meaty, just needed a little bit more flavor. The cabbage and rice is mediocre. Other than that it’s definitely worth a try. (The line took over 30 min) 3/5
